    4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. customers can pay their invoice using this online payment service. Pay as you go or prepay the entire season by paying the amount on your prepay letter between January and your first application. Please note that a prepayment discount is not available when paying by credit or debit card.

    Online payments are completed through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, that’s OK. You can create one on the PayPal Checkout page.

    On the next page, the name and billing address should match the information on file with PayPal or your credit/debit card company. A different name or billing address may result in the transaction being denied by your credit/debit card.

    The email address you enter will be prefilled on the PayPal login screen. If you use a different email when logging into PayPal, you can clear the prefilled email and type the correct address.

    Debit or Credit Card numbers are not accessed or stored by 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. for increased security. Read our Privacy Policy.

  • Terms and Conditions for Online Payments

    These Terms and Conditions apply to the User who uses the Online Payment Service at 4SeasonsWYO.com for Online payments made to 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By authorizing a payment to 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. through the online payment service (“the Service”) using a Credit or Debit Card, it will be treated as an acceptance to these Terms and Conditions. 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. reserves all the rights to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice. It is the responsibility of the User to have read the Terms and Conditions before using the Service.

    The following is a summary of the key terms of this Service:

    • Payment(s) through this Service is made with PayPal. It is the User’s responsiblity to read PayPal’s Legal Agreements and Privacy Statement. Using or visiting PayPal will be deemed an acceptance to their terms or policies by the User.
    • Before using this Service, it is recommended that the User understands the Credit or Debit Card rates or fees from the card issuer.
    • The Credit or Debit Card supplied at the time of using the Service is processed by the payment gateway of the Service provider and is not supplied to 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. It is the sole responsibility of the User of the Service to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields are correct. It is recommended that you take and retain a copy of the transaction for record keeping purposes, which might assist in resolution of any disputes that may arise out of usage of the Service.
    • The User agrees, understands and confirms that your personal data including without limitation details relating to the Payment Information transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/or fraud and that 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. or the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such matters.
    • The Service is provided using a payment gateway service provider through a secure website. However, neither the payment gateway service provider nor 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. gives any assurance, that the information so provided online by a User is secured or may be read or intercepted by a third party. 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. does not accept or assume any liability in the event of such unauthorized interception, hacking or other unauthorized access to information provided by a User of the Service.
    • 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. and/or the Payment Service Providers shall not be liable for any inaccuracy, error or delay in, or omission of (a) any data, information or message, or (b) the transmission or delivery of any such data, information or message; or (c) any loss or damage arising from or caused by any such inaccuracy, error, delay or omission, non-performance or interruption in any such data, information or message. Under no circumstances shall 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. and/or the Payment Service Providers, its employees, directors, and its third party agents involved in processing, delivering or managing the Services, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including punitive or exemplary arising out of or in any way connected with the provision of or any inadequacy or deficiency in the provision of the Services or resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of transmissions of data or arising from suspension or termination of the Service.
    • The User agrees that 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc.or any of its employees will not be held liable by the User for any loss or damages arising from your use of, or reliance upon the information contained on the Website, or any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to circumstance beyond 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc.’s reasonable control.

    Debit/Credit Card, Bank Account Details
    • The User agrees that the Credit or Debit Card provided for use of the aforementioned Service(s) must be correct and accurate, and that the User shall not use a Debit or Credit Card that is not lawfully owned by him/her or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. The User further agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid Credit or Debit Card details.
    • The User may pay the invoice balance to 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. by using a Credit or Debit Card. The User warrants, agrees and confirms that when such User initiates a payment transaction and/or issues an online payment instruction and provides your card or bank details:
      • The User is fully and lawfully entitled to use such Credit or Debit Card for such transactions;
      • The User is responsible to ensure that the Card details provided is accurate;
      • The User authorizes debit of the entered Card for the Payment of the amount selected by such User, along with any applicable Fees.
      • The User is responsible to ensure that a sufficient balance is available on the Card at the time of making the payment, or the User may incure an insufficient balance fee from the Payment Service Provider.

    No Warranty

    Although 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. has taken reasonable efforts to ensure the security or privacy of the Service, 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the security or privacy of the Service and disclaims any and all responsibility for any loss or corruption of data or other information from your use of or access to the Service. 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. may cease offering the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, and with or without notice.

    Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

    THE SERVICE IS MADE AVAILABLE BY 4 SEASONS LAWN CARE, INC. TO YOU “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS, ERRORS, BUGS, AND DEFECTS.” 4 SEASONS LAWN CARE, INC. MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, CHARACTER, NATURE, CAPABILITY, PERFORMANCE, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, UPTIME, SUITABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, SOURCE, OR ANY OTHER CHARACTERISTIC OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF. 4 SEASONS LAWN CARE, INC. HEREBY EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING ANY: (A) IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B) IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE; OR (C) WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, WILL CONTAIN ANY PARTICULAR FEATURES OR FUNCTIONALITY, WILL BE AVAILABLE, ACCESSIBLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR SECURE, OR WILL OPERATE WITHOUT ERROR.

    4 SEASONS LAWN CARE, INC. DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COST (INCLUDING LEGAL COSTS), EXPENSES, INDIRECT LOSSES OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND WHICH MAY BE SUFFERED OR INCURRED BY THE USER FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

    4 SEASONS LAWN CARE, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT IN WHOLE OR IN PART TO MODIFY, AMEND, SUPPLEMENT, SUPERSEDE, OR TERMINATE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, AND WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF OR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF ANY SUCH CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL MEAN YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, ACCEPT, AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THOSE CHANGES.

    These Terms and Conditions constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. with respect to the Service, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service. For the sake of clarity, however, these Terms and Conditions only govern your use of and access to, as well as 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc.’s provision of, the Service, and nothing in these Terms and Conditions in any way shall affect or be interpreted to affect the terms, conditions, or provisions of any “Locum Tenens Agreement” or other prior, contemporaneous, or future agreement by and between you and 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc. with respect to any other matter, including any other services or products provided by 4 Seasons Lawn Care, Inc.


    Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wyoming without giving effect to any choice- or conflict-of-law provision or rule (whether of Wyoming or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of laws of any jurisdiction other than Wyoming. Any suit, action, or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the United States or the State of Wyoming, in each case located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.


    You acknowledge and agree that, by clicking “Next,” checking the acceptance box, or taking any other similar action with respect to these Terms and Conditions, you are accepting and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, and that such action constitutes a valid signature that is and shall remain binding upon you in the same manner as if you had affixed your signature hereto via ink or other traditional signing method. If these Terms and Conditions are being accepted on behalf of a corporation, company, association, partnership, agency, commission, political subdivision, or other entity (whether or not formally organized or registered as a separate legal person), you represent and warrant that the person accepting these Terms and Conditions has the full right, power, and authority to accept and to bind you to these Terms and Conditions in full.
